How we do it ?

  • 1. Consultation

    Discussion with the respective client or customers regarding what they want with the open space i.e. is it an ornamental lawn , pets chasing about the place or a football pitch for the kids or grankids and so on.

  • 2.Survey area

    How big is the area in square meterage , how much rubble and rubbish needs to be cleared , how much top soil needed , what machinery to be used , how much labour and how long it will take.

  • 3. Budget

    Discussion on budget allowed what can be afforded and what can't , what is needed and essential and perhaps if can't be afforded what can be left out and so on.

  • 4.Start Date

    Discuss start date when its convenient , availability and the weather and climate is most suitable.

  • 5. Start project.

    Make sure all equipment is there and start work with materials arriving.

Each project is different from the last so many different factors can be involved such as access , size of area , soil conditions , soil levels and debris to be removed and the necessary labour to carry out these tasks and operations.

We offer an comprehensive after care maintenance program once the turf has been laid to help give the turf the best chance to thrive in its new conditions and climate. Prices of turfing varies from £10 to £18 a square metre depending on what work and materials is needed for each job.
